6186 ICHIKURA

ICHIKURA was established in 1991 and is a relatively young company listed in Japan.

Not only selling and renting Furisode (long-sleeved kimono) as well as general kimono fabric, but ICHIKURA also provides a series of services all together such as taking commemorative photographs in its own studio, and makeup and dressing services on the day of the coming of age ceremony.

In addition, in response to people that people wanting to wear kimono but lack the experience to properly put it on , they are developing kimono lessons, and also supply a service that allows customers to purchase kimono directly from

The final month of the settlement: March Dividend yield 4.07%  PER 7.12  PBR 0.68

Equity ratio 31.2%

Although the kimono industry continues to shrink, I believe that the kimono industry will continue to be in demand as the number of foreign visitors who are interested in Japanese culture has increased.

The wedding business continues to shrink in a similar way, but it seems that this is an industry where the demands of the bride and groom are diverse and comparative competition is unlikely to occur.

The dividend yield has fallen because the stock price has soared since I started writing this manuscript. It may be better to wait for the stock price to drop again and, then purchase.
