Introduction of high-dividend stock

Today I will talk about a necessary evil for society, but something with high-dividend stock.

2914 JAPAN TOBACCO INC.JT

Company Profile

It is literally a cigarette manufacturing company and inevitably highly profitable because more than one-third of all shares are regulated by the Japanese government (Ministry of Finance) to be held by law and a permitted monopoly for manufacturing .

However anti-smoking movements are starting to increase in Japan, and it will cause smokers to feel more ostracized. The global strategy is also aggressive and a notable point is that overseas sales (58%) are higher than domestic sales (29%).

Other than that, processed foods are also handled.
